We now have bee apiaries on the farm and are selling the raw honey and honey products in our store! Raw honey is simply honey “as it exists in the beehive.” It is extracted, strained and poured straight into the bottle. Raw honey retains most of the beneficial nutrients and antioxidants that it naturally contains. Conversely, commercial honey may undergo a variety of processing, which may remove beneficial nutrients like pollen and reduce its level of antioxidants.
